Rules And Regulations for Pro King Sports Academy:

1) Membership Fee: The membership fee is a one-time payment and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2) Membership Eligibility: Membership is subject to the submission of a doctor’s certificate, and acceptance is at the sole discretion of the academy’s management.

3) Complete Application: The membership application must be filled out completely and accurately. Incomplete applications will be considered null and void.

4) Personal Equipment: Members are responsible for providing their own sports equipment and accessories. The academy will not provide any equipment under any circumstances.

5) Admission Guarantee: Completion and submission of the membership application does not guarantee admission or the right to membership in the academy.

6) Liability: Pro King Sports Academy will not be held responsible for any mishaps or accidents that occur during practice or other activities.

7) Incorrect Information: If it is discovered that the information provided in the application form is found to be incorrect in material particulars, the management reserves the right to cancel the membership. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for admission fees or any other charges paid.

8) Membership Entitlement: Each membership is valid for the individual member only. Match fees are not included in the coaching fees.

9) Availability of Ground/Infrastructure: In rare circumstances where the ground or infrastructure is unavailable for practice, the academy is not liable for the inconvenience caused.

10) Ownership and Profit/Loss: Members have no rights to the academy’s belongings or property and no connection to the profitability or losses of the academy.

11) Identification and Uniform: Members must carry their ID cards (in hard or soft copy) regularly and wear the club uniform as instructed by the academy.

12) Approval for Matches: Prior approval is required for participating in matches. Students must seek permission from their school principal if they wish to play for any association. The academy reserves the right to take action if a player registers for another club or tournament without the academy’s consent. Photographs and videos of training or matches may be used for advertising purposes.

13) Termination of Membership: The academy’s office bearers reserve the right to terminate a membership without prior notice. No personal replacement or substitution will be provided in such cases.

These rules and regulations are put in place to maintain the integrity and smooth functioning of Pro King Sports Academy. Members are expected to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a positive and productive environment for everyone involved.
